How do I get Secure Access?
Click here to request secure access. Once you fill the form, you will be issued with an Account No. and Password. You will need these to login to your account and keep your details up to date.

How do I get an Account Number and Password?
When you apply for Secure Access, you will be issued with an Account Number and Pasword. Keep those safe as you will need them to login to Crewise Secure Area and access application forms, make payments, track your cards and listings.


I have applied for Secure Access but have not recieved Account Number and Password so far. What should i do?
If you have not recieved your account number and password within 24 hours, get in touch with Crewise on 0870 458 1276 or by email at info@crewise.com.


How do I apply for Crewise membership?
You need to obtain an Account no. and Password to access the secure area. Once you get the Account No. and Password, login to the secure area and click on Apply for Membership Card. Complete the Membership Application and pay online. Your membership card should be with you within 28 days.


How do I add my property to Crewise Accommodation Directory?
Login to your secure area using your Account Number and Password. Click on Add Accommodation on the menu or the button on the screen. Fill out the form and submit the application. Your listing will be activated within 24 hours of payment.


How do I join as a Crewise Business Partners?
Login to your secure area using your Account Number and Password. Click on Become a Business Partner on the menu and follow on screen instructions.


I have a special promotional code. Where do I enter the code?
Login to your secure area. If you do not have a login, you could request one by
clicking here. Once you login, you can select your application form and enter your promotional code.

How do I pay online?
Login to your secure area using your Account Number and Password. Your unpaid invoices should be listed on your first screen. Click on Pay button next to the invoice and follow the on-screen instructions.


Is your payment system secure?
Crewise uses Paypal for online credit-card processing. Paypal is a highly secure system used by major corporations across the globe including eBay.
